Preparing Your First Aid Kit
Having a first aid kit in both your home & car is very important. Below is a list of the essential contents & equipment:
- Dressing / Gauze
- Bandages
- Burn Gel
- Plasters
- Gloves (preferably non-latex)
- Face Shield (for mouth-to-mouth)
- Space Blanket
- Thermometer
- Triangle Bandage (used for supporting the arm)
