Family Courses
Workplace Courses (OHS Compliant)
OHS compliant training for businesses and organisations. South African law requires every workplace to have trained first aiders on site (Occupational Health and Safety Act, Section 8). These courses meet that requirement and are recognised by the Department of Employment and Labour.
All workplace courses include a certificate on successful completion.

Start with our Basic First Aid and CPR Course. It covers everything from baby CPR to adult emergencies in 3 hours. If you only want to focus on infants, try the Baby CPR and Choking Course.
For Workplaces and Businesses
You’ll need at least First Aid Level 1 for your designated first aiders. If you’re not sure which level or what other health and safety courses you need, get in touch and we’ll help you work it out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between your family courses and workplace courses?
Our family courses (Basic First Aid, Baby CPR, CPR, Nanny First Aid) are 3-hour non-accredited courses. You get a Certificate of Participation. Our workplace courses (Level 1, 2, 3, HIRA, etc.) are QCTO-accredited and meet Department of Labour requirements. You get a Certificate of Competence.
Which course should I book if I'm a parent?
The Basic First Aid and CPR Course is our most popular course for parents. It covers CPR and first aid for babies, children and adults in 3 hours.
Do I need accredited training for my workplace?
Yes. The OHS Act requires every workplace to have designated first aiders with accredited training. Our First Aid Level 1 course meets that requirement.
Can you train my whole team at our office?
Absolutely. We come to your workplace and can train groups of any size. For groups over 15, we arrange additional instructors and offer discounted rates.
