Do I need any previous first aid experience?
No. This course is designed for complete beginners. We start from scratch and go at a pace that works for everyone.
Is this course accredited?
No. This is a non-accredited course with a Certificate of Participation. If you need a Department of Labour accredited qualification, see our First Aid Level 1 course.
What ages can attend?
We don’t have a minimum age limit for the first aid training, but please keep in mind that the child must be physically strong enough to do chest compressions and also emotionally mature enough when mortality is discussed around CPR.
How many people can attend one session?
We usually train groups of up to 15 people per instructor. For larger groups, we can arrange additional instructors.

Absolutely. Many of our bookings come from parents who want their nanny trained. We can train your nanny on her own or together with your family.
What's the difference between this course and your Baby CPR course?
They cover the same core content — CPR and first aid for babies, children and adults. The Baby CPR and Choking course is for parents who only want to focus on infant and small child emergencies. It helps us know what you’d like the session to focus on.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 4 or more pay R480 per person instead of R550. For groups of 15 or more, contact us for a custom quote.
