The First Aid Level 1 course has two options.
- 1 day – this option is with self-study ahead of training. On confirmation of booking, we will email you a formative assessment to complete beforehand.
- 2 days – this option doesn’t require any studying beforehand, you just come to attend the training.
The Basic (Level 1) Emergency First Aid Responder course consists of the following topics:

Our First Aid Level 1 certificate is valid for 3 years and is accredited by the Department of Labour and QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations).
If you are booked for the 1 day course, then yes you need to bring with your completed Formative Assessment. If you are attending the 2 day course option, with no self-study, then you don’t have to bring anything.
